We provide training, coaching and consultancy to ensure that 360 feedback is delivered positively and constructively, maximising personal development. We can train your people to carry out effective feedback meetings or, if you would benefit from having external, impartial facilitators, we can come and do them for you. Sarah has 30 years experience of workforce development, covering all aspects of getting the best from staff, from training needs analysis through to designing effective and pragmatic solutions. Sarah has excellent facilitation skills, a calm manner and positive approach.

Designed and delivered a complex event

Spring Development helped MSI to design and deliver a complex learning event that blended together company specific learning and leadership development (Accelerated Leadership Programme) for a group of multi-national delegates. They coached our delivery team as well as supporting content development. They have also delivered other learning interventions.
