We provide training, coaching and consultancy to ensure that 360 feedback is delivered positively and constructively, maximising personal development. We can train your people to carry out effective feedback meetings or, if you would benefit from having external, impartial facilitators, we can come and do them for you. Julie has 20 years experience of helping organisations grow their people through bespoke lively training and focused coaching. Julie has published six books, including How to Discuss 360 Feedback, Face to Face in the Workplace and the One to One Toolkit.
Diane Garriock
Diane is a specialist in the field of Organisational Development, Leadership, Management and Talent Development. With a background in occupational psychology, she has considerable expertise in 360 degree assessment and executive coaching.
Sarah Lees
Sarah has 30 years experience of workforce development, covering all aspects of getting the best from staff, from training needs analysis through to designing effective and pragmatic solutions. Sarah has excellent facilitation skills, a calm manner and positive approach.
Reviews
Clients are asked to submit feedback at the end of projects. Reviews are submitted directly to Spidergap.
Designed and delivered a complex event
Spring Development helped MSI to design and deliver a complex learning event that blended together company specific learning and leadership development (Accelerated Leadership Programme) for a group of multi-national delegates. They coached our delivery team as well as supporting content development. They have also delivered other learning interventions.
