Angela (Juicing the Lemon) helps us facilitate the 360° review aspect of our leadership programmes. Impactful, professional and flexible service for a slightly unusual project with our Board of Trustees
Angela worked with the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF UK) Board of Trustees on their 360 feedback programme. She completed one to one coaching with each trustee to create an action plan for their personal development. Angela also ran a team development workshop. Trustees reviewed team performance, identified performance gaps, and created a plan on how to close these based on the 360 feedback. Angela was extremely knowledgeable about 360s, responsive to all our requests, and highly professional. She also went the extra mile and advised on wider 360 work happening in the office. She has a very collaborative approach. Her experience in 360s meant she provided the appropriate level of support and challenge with each trustee. In the team session, she held the group to account and worked with them until they had a clear plan of action going forward. I would highly recommend her!
