The Executive Directors and Board Chairpersons of the NGOs that were being assessed greatly appreciated the 360 degree assessment experience. Most of them noted that it was the first time they were doing it. It revealed the strengths they are reinforcing and weaknesses they are addressing. Some noted that the assessment revealed some blind spots that surprised them and would investigate further. The results of the assessments also provided information for personal statements and issues to include in their personal development plans, career growth and relationship building.
