Why would I want a subscription?

A subscription allows you to collect feedback about an employee as many times as needed throughout the year without additional costs. We recommend doing so 3-4 times per year.

How much does a subscription cost?

The cost of a subscription is based on the number employees you plan to run 360s on throughout the year.

How do I purchase a subscription?

To purchase a subscription, please contact us letting us know how many people you plan to assess each year.

When will I pay for the subscription?

When you purchase an annual subscription, we'll take the first payment using your preferred debit/credit card.

On the annual anniversary of your first payment, we'll automatically take payment for the next year.

How does it work when I want to add new employees part way through a year?

You can add more employees to your subscription at any time.

You will simply be charged the difference between the cost of your existing subscription and a subscription covering the additional employees you wish to add.

For example:

  • You start a subscription for 5 employees in April 2017. The cost will be $345 ( $69 per employee)
  • You then wish to add 80 more employees in June 2017. This takes your total number of employees to 100 and so you will pay $3920 ($49 per employee x 80 employees).

When you reach your subscription renewal date, we'll discount you for employees who were added part way through the previous year.

Continuing the previous example:

  • You subscription is due for renewal in April 2018
  • The amount will be:
    • $4900 for 100 employees at $49 each
    • Minus $2940 for 80 employees who only used Spidergap for 9 months in the previous year (80 employees x 9/12 months x $49)
    • Total: $1980

Note: The number of months is calculated as full months of use. For example, let's say that you added some additional employees to the system on February 15th 2018 and your renewal date is April 2nd 2018. We will apply a discount covering the 10 full months from April 2nd 2017 (your previous payment date) to February 2nd 2018.

Can I remove employees part way through a year?

You can remove employees from your subscription at any time.

If the removed employee has not been active, and no feedback has been collected for them, then you can replace them with another employee at no charge.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for removed employees, unless otherwise required by country-specific laws.

Can we pay for a subscription by bank transfer?

We recommend paying for your subscription by credit or debit card. This is quick, easy, and automated.

If you have over 25 employees, then we can accept payments by bank transfer. Please contact support if you need this setting up.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

You will still have full access to Spidergap until the end of the 12 month period you have paid for.

After your subscription has expired, you can continue to login to Spidergap to access past feedback reports. However, participants will not be able to access Spidergap and you will not be able to run any new assessments.

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time - just let us know and we'll update our systems so that your next payment isn't taken. Please note that any additional reviews you run will then need to be purchased on a per-credit basis.
