How do credits work?

What is a credit?

  • In Spidergap, you buy credits and these allow you to run feedback assessments

  • A credit is used each time you collect feedback about one person. For example, if you are running a small project and will collect feedback about John, Jasmine and Julian, then you will need 3 credits. If you then reassess John a year back, you will need an additional credit.

  • There is no limit on how many people provide feedback

  • Credits must be used within 2 years of purchase. Any unused credits are non-refundable.

When is a credit used?

  • A credit is used when you create an assessment. So, once you've added John to the system, a credit is used even though he's not received any feedback yet.

  • If you delete an assessment before it has received any responses, then the credit will be reimbursed. However, if you've received one or more responses, then the credit will not be reimbursed.

How much does a credit cost?

  • Use our pricing calculator to see how much credits will cost you

  • The cost per credit decreases if you purchase more than 50 credits. And it decreases further when you purchase more than 100, 250, 500, and so on. You can see our pricing bands on our Pricing page.

  • A 15% discount is available to charities and academic users. Get in touch with us if you would like this discount applied to your account.

  • There are no additional costs. We've kept it simple. There are no set-up costs, no support costs, and no subscriptions. You just pay for the credits you use.

What should I do if I want to re-assess people regularly?

If you plan to re-assess someone within 12 months, you will be better off buying a subscription package which provides unlimited re-assessments.
