The best way to contact the team is by email or using the in-app messenger:
Email support: Email us at email@example.com. We'll always respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas day), and normally much quicker
In-app messenger: When you are logged in, you can contact us using the in-app messenger. Just click on the question mark in the bottom right of your screen.
We don't provide phone support for support queries (find out why) - instead you should contact us using email or the in-app messenger.
