Contacting us

The best way to contact the team is by email or using the in-app messenger:

  • Email support: Email us at support@spidergap.com. We'll always respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas day), and normally much quicker

  • In-app messenger: When you are logged in, you can contact us using the in-app messenger. Just click on the question mark in the bottom right of your screen.

We don't provide phone support for support queries (find out why) - instead you should contact us using email or the in-app messenger.

However, if you need to talk to a member of the sales team about how Spidergap can work for your organization, then you can let us know and we'll be happy to arrange a call.
