Contacting us
The best way to contact the team is by email or using the in-app messenger:
Email support: Email us at support@spidergap.com. We'll always respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas day), and normally much quicker
In-app messenger: You can contact us using the in-app messenger from any page on the site (including this one!). Just click on the speech bubble in the bottom-right of your screen. If we don't respond immediately, you'll receive our response by email.
We don't provide phone support for support queries (find out why) β instead you should contact us using email or the in-app messenger.
