Our support is often praised as being world-class.Β 

We do our best to give you all the information you need β€” both about how to use Spidergap and how to run a successful 360 Feedback project. If you have any questions, we're quick to respond.

We want to ensure you have everything you need to run a successful 360 exercise, and provide:

Contacting us

The best way to contact the team is by email or using the in-app messenger:

  • Email support: Email us at support@spidergap.com. We'll always respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Christmas day), and normally much quicker

  • In-app messenger: You can contact us using the in-app messenger from any page on the site (including this one!). Just click on the speech bubble in the bottom-right of your screen. If we don't respond immediately, you'll receive our response by email.

We don't provide phone support for support queries (find out why) β€” instead you should contact us using email or the in-app messenger.

However, if you'd like a demo or to discuss your specific requirements with a member of our Customer Success team, we'll be happy to have a call. You can arrange one at a convenient time here.
