How many levels of hierarchy can I use in a questionnaire?Open full view...
Categories: Design & set-up: FAQs
We support two levels of hierarchy in assessments (Sections & Questions).
As a result, if you have a competency framework that has 3 levels (Competency > Skill > Behaviour) like this:
- Communication 1.1. Verbal communication 1.1.1. How well does this person communicate in 1-2-1 meetings? 1.1.2. How well does this person communicate in presentations to large groups? 1.2. Written communication ... etc.
You will need to choose whether to combine the Competency & Skill e.g. Section: 'Communication - Verbal' OR whether to combine the Skill & Behaviour as questions, as per the example below:
Questions: 1.1. (Verbal communication) How well does this person communicate verbally, in 1-2-1 meetings, presentations etc.? 1.2. (Written communication) How well does this person communicate through writing, in emails, reports etc.?
Our standard template (create a new 360 and you'll see it) shows how you can do this with great results, but if you do need any help, please contact us: email@example.com
