Does Spidergap comply to International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles?Open full view...

Yes, Spidergap adheres to the same principles that US-based companies sign up to through Safe Harbor.
The U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles were set up to provide a framework for organizations in the United States (US) to agree to meet European Union (EU) requirements for the storage and transmission of personal data.
Spidergap is registered in the United Kingdom (UK) and we store data on UK-based servers. As the UK is a member of the EU, we are bound (by default) by EU directives on privacy without the need to be registered for Safe Harbor.
