The Real Goal of the Feedback-Review
Alexis addresses a common misconception and explains how time in a 360 feedback review meeting should be used.
Summary and discussion
The goal of the feedback-review meeting is NOT to review the feedback.

- Spend at least 30 minutes on the action plan
- Find multiple solutions for each area to improve
- Select the solutions that will make the biggest difference
