The Real Goal of the Feedback-Review

Alexis addresses a common misconception and explains how time in a 360 feedback review meeting should be used.

Summary and discussion

The goal of the feedback-review meeting is NOT to review the feedback.

Instead, the goal is to make a plan that will make a real difference to an employee's development.

As a result, we recommend that employees:

  1. Spend at least 30 minutes on the action plan
  2. Find multiple solutions for each area to improve
  3. Select the solutions that will make the biggest difference
